Carlos and I got back from Costa Rica a couple of nights ago -- and we are still recovering! It was quite a pain to get back (thank you Miami immigration for making us miss our connection), but we finally returned to DC. We made it home a lot later than expected, but most importantly, we made it back with all of our plant and beetle samples intact (woo-hoo, no hassles from USDA!).
The weather here in DC is pretty nice -- quite a change from the tropics though! I still need to download all of my pictures and organize them, but once I do that, I will have plenty of Costa Rica posts!
