For today's Asian snack installment, I will talk about green tea-flavored cookies. These were very pleasant with sweet green tea cream sandwiched between two butter cookies. I really love green tea (especially green tea ice cream!) and I think that these cookies do a good job of balancing the grassy taste of the tea with enough sweetness.
