MoonSide

Last night the moon was really beautiful -- it was a bright Cheshire cat smile up in the dark purple sky with the trees silhouetted against it. Here is a picture:
What really struck me as I looked up into the sky last night was how similar this scene matched an image I painted back in high school of a palm-scape at night with a bright white moon:
The days and nights have been really amazing here -- I think we are finally entering the dry season!
