While I was home with my family in Washington this summer, we all had a little wedding party with a fancy cake and sparkling apple cider. My sister made a carrot cake layered with cream cheese frosting and covered in fondant and candy flowers that she made -- it was so great! We had our little party as a family and enjoyed the cake with our cider -- what a nice night!
